Northwest Legal Process, LLC and its subsidiaries may not directly engage in a particular process of service, and may employ the use of Independent contractors, privately held businesses or corporations that shall be engaged in the actual delivery of process of service under independent contractor agreements with Northwest Legal Process, LLC. The independent contractor, privately held business or corporation that actually has been dispatched and received your papers to be served, received, attempted or not attempted service on your behalf is wholly liable for all loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of time or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of Northwest Legal Process, LLC and their independent contractors, privately held businesses or corporations.

The independent contractor, privately held business or corporation are deemed reliable and competent to the best of our knowledge as they stated in their independent contractors’ agreement, or correspondence of any kind and are responsible for keeping up to date with all changes or updates.
Our goal is to be of service to the communities that are served by our independent contractors. However, we cannot be responsible for the individual actions of our advertisers, independent contractors or sub-contractors; including but not limited to their status and conduct on the exact date of services performed, or the reliability and accuracy of their affidavits.

Refund Policy:
There are generally NO refunds after we receive your service request and/or payment, on the occasion that a refund is to be issued it shall be done only by and under the authority of an authorized representative of NORTHWEST LEGAL PROCESS, LLC.
We bill per zip code and for one address. Each fee quote is for one defendant and/or one witness per address.
Also:
Despite our best efforts and due diligence Northwest Legal Process, LLC is unable to serve all papers directed to us for whatever reason. Northwest Legal Process, LLC and their Agents thereof shall be considered fully earned, all fees and sums forwarded to Northwest Legal Process, LLC.
When you hire Northwest Legal Process, LLC it is understood you have read this disclaimer page and that you agree to our terms and conditions.
Process Serving is not a science and
therefore we cannot guarantee results.
SERVICE ORDER SERVICE TERMS:
By submitting documents for service, Attorney or Party Without Attorney (Client) agrees to the following terms: Service fees are
non-refundable
once work on the matter has commenced. All services must be
prepaid unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Client is responsible
for providing all information necessary to process order, including statute
dates, if any. Northwest Legal Process, LLC., its employees, agents, and
assigns are not responsible for any information not given in writing. Charges
are based per defendant(s) per address and
apply to all items whether served or not, including cancellation after attempt(s), not found, bad address given, or if statutory time expires prior to making service.
Client further agrees to hold Northwest Legal Process, LLC, its employees, agents, and assigns harmless from any and all actions, claims, damages,
and demands of any type arising directly or indirectly from
this service order. There is a $50.00 charge on all returned checks and $25.00 late fee on unpaid invoices.
NOTICE TO PARTIES WITHOUT A BILLING AGREEMENT WITH NORTHWEST LEGAL PROCESS, LLC.
We will make every effort to effect service attempts up to five times at one address for the agreed fee quote. Any additional services, consultations or alternative address requests will result in additional fees, which must be paid in advance of the services to be rendered and will be charged to the initial form of payment submitted with your service request. We do not provide additional services or bill you for anything above what we initially agree to or was authorized under the additional serves authorized section of the service request without your expressed consent and payment. All service requests and changes to your service request must be approved by Northwest Legal Process, LLC before we can advance our efforts on your behalf.
NOTICE TO PARTIES WITH A BILLING AGREEMENT WITH NORTHWEST LEGAL PROCESS, LLC.
We will make every effort to effect service attempts up to five times at one address for the agreed fee quote. Any additional services, consultations or alternative address requests will result in additional fees, which will be billed to you per you billing agreement with NORTHWEST LEGAL PROCESS, LLC. We do not provide additional services or bill you for anything above what we initially agreed upon or was authorized under the “additional services authorized” section of your service request without your expressed consent. All service requests and changes to your service request must be approved by Northwest Legal Process, LLC before we can advance our efforts on your behalf.
